on April 18 at Eastwood Farm and Winery!
We will be celebrating in woodland springtime style in Eastwood’s beautiful mountain tent. Come enjoy brick oven pizza, locally made beverages, and delicious cakes from Charlottesville bakeries and CWS community kitchens. Bid on delightful auction items, soak in the festive atmosphere, and most importantly, have a blast with friends old and new, all while supporting Charlottesville Waldorf School!

Friday, April 18, 2025 – 6:00 to 10:oopm
6pm – Join us at Eastwood Farm and Winery
Browse and bid on the Cake Auction and the Silent Auction items
6:30pm – Dinner begins! Crustworthy Pizza Truck will be serving gourmet woodfire oven pizzas
Crustworthy’s sourdough crusts are made from scratch using only organic flour, enjoy a selection of pizzas (including gluten free) and salads. Eastwood’s cash bar will be open serving wine, beer, cider, and non-alcoholic beverages
7:15pm – The Cake Auction! Cake bid sheets will be closed and the Cake Auction will begin!
Support CWS while securing a sweet treat for dessert, or take home a delicious cake (or maybe both!)
7:30pm – Hit the dance floor with DJ LAHHYPE, the party starts now!
8:30pm – Get your final bids in on the Silent Auction!
Featuring specialty baskets specially compiled by each CWS class + amazing handcrafted creations, local gifts and experiences, and more! We’ll take those final bids and see who else wants to top them in an exciting live final auction!
Then, back to the dance floor and party on!
10pm – You don’t have to go home but you can’t stay here: the party’s over until next year
