MISSION
The Purpose of the CWS Community Association is to support the vision and mission of CWS by fostering a sense of school-wide service and joyful community.
- Support the life of the school
- Utilize the talents and energies of the broader CWS community body to enhance the life, joy, and well-being of the school community, as well as each family.
- Support CWS faculty and staff in nurturing the life of each class
- Support school events and faculty meetings
- Support Class Representatives
- Support new families
VISION
The Vision of the CWS Community Association is to engender:
- Active strategies in place that preserve the future life of CWS
- A highly engaged community to collaborate and organize annually
- A sense of belonging in a diverse and strong CWS community
- A sense of service and mutual aid at CWS and between CWS and the broader Charlottesville community
