Please complete the waiver below for each student who will be attending the dance.
Waivers will also be available at the entrance.
The admission fee is $10 and should be paid with cash or check at the entrance.

For students in Grades 6-8
drinks, snacks, pizza available for purchase

Students should be dropped off in the upper parking lot at CWS. They must have a completed waiver form (see below) from a parent/guardian and agree to cell phone and dress code information to enter. Waivers can be filled out online at the link below, or on-site.

Costumes are encouraged! This is an outdoor-only event ~ dress accordingly!
